So I'm reading this article on PoWM.com which is one of my new favorite websites of all time! I have a few of them that I'm sure you'll be reading about soon! Anyhow, the first thing, it totally reminds me of my cousin Kevin he would totally have died if his parents had moved him to a po-dunk town out in the boonies (my daughter says nobody calls it the boonies anymore, well I just did!).
Anyhow, back on topic. It just reminds me how sick people can be. It's bad enough that these people steal things. Go in and trade out their old stuff for new stuff, but to leave poop in the leg of the pants, that takes a whole different kind of sick person to do that. uggh. Nasty!

Nails

This is going to be an ongoing quest for me until I can find someone or give up.  I am looking for a place that can do my nails.  I like having the acrylics, but I can’t find a place that can do a fill without leaving the stress marks (or red lines) on my fingernails.  It really irritates me.  I have tried World of Nails in Gilbert, Nailspa Expose in Chandler and today I am going to LeVie Nail in Gilbert.  We will see how they do.  If you know of anyone in the East Valley that can do nails and not have the red lines on my fingernails, PLEASE let me know!

Mean Kids

Kids can be so mean sometimes! My daughter started a new school after winter break. At first it was great! She made new friends and even got a new boyfriend (which I was not all that excited about, since she’s only 13). The new boyfriend thing didn’t last too long and since she’s the one who broke up with him, she was the one who received the backlash. She didn’t want to tell me that she was being taunted, but finally broke down and told me some of the mean things that some of these kids were saying to her. I know that kids can be mean and cruel, but some of these things are totally uncalled for and they weren’t coming from the kid she broke up with, but from his friends.


I have a child who totally loved school, thrives at school and gets good grades. Now she hates going to school. When I told my mother that my answer to the problem is to move her back to her old school, my mother’s response is that I’m teaching her to run from her problems. I don’t think that’s the case. I know that she can be happy at her old school and she can thrive there. Why make her suffer the last month of the year when she can be a good student? Even though my mother dislike’s my choice, she’s my daughter and I think I have to do what I think is best for her in this situation and that is moving her back. Next year she will be going to a new school again, to high school and may have the same problems arise, but I doubt that will be the case. I think the atmosphere here is different than it is out there. Maybe I am wrong? Only time will tell.

Sleep

What is is about sleep that we need? I mean, why is it that I need AT LEAST 8 hours and some people can run on 5 or 6 hours? I am sitting at my desk and I’m almost asleep. I thought I would ponder for just a little while to get me over this extreme tired period. I love my sleep and would be more than willing to get more of it. Every morning when I wake up I say to myself that I am going to bed early tonight and I hardly ever do. I guess I’m too afraid that I’m going to miss something. Not sure what, but I might miss it. Gosh, I need to go to sleep early. It’s not good to be this tired at work. I need to be able to function.


What do you think about massages? I haven’t had one in a long time. I want to go and get one. Man, I sure do need one. I feel so tense. My shoulders are killing me. I’m going to have to seriously look into this again.

Really real or really not?

(cough)..book! Oh boy....excuse me! I feel like choking and this is my first time posting. I know i'll do better...(cough)..book! Man!...something definitely went down wrong. :) Okay so i wont mention the name but hopefully you get the jest of what I'm trying to say. I'm strictly speaking just for myself but how exactly is it i found my way to one of the largest albeit virtual countries known to exist. I packed no bags left no forwarding address and made no reservations with uhaul yet i find myself living quietly (at times) doing chores, sharing goods and building fortunes. What a blissful existence right? For over a year it was and rather than take anyone willing to read this on a 0-100 head rush ill prepare you for it in future posts. The stage is being set and the characters are waiting in the hall ready to audition. So until then have a wonderful day.

I had an Italian Party this past weekend. It was really fun and we had some good food! Thanks to Johnsonville for sending me free coupons for Italian Sausage. Good food and good friends and family. I made my home made Alfredo sauce, dang it was good!


So, a couple of weekends ago, Carl and I watched Paranormal Activity 2. We had already seen the first one, and it was spooky, so we rented the second one. Let me just say that this one freaked me the hell out! I think it was because the demon was after the little baby and me having 3 small children, man, it scared me. For those who haven’t seen it, they tie it to the first one in a well done way. It sure was freaky though. I don’t think I need to be watching anymore paranormal stuff. It is starting to get to me as I get older.
